Matt measured our shower for a replacement glass door unit, and in doing so, he helped us decide the appropriate style for our space-if I had gone with the door recommended by another provider, it would have caused water to leak out onto the bathroom floor! It took a couple of weeks to create this specific size, which we knew would be the case, and the two men who installed it were polite and professional. This is a superb company! I first had them out to remove an old glass block shower enclosure and replace with nice sleek glass panels. They did an excellent job! The timing was established to allow us to remove some marks on the shower tiles left from the first enclosure that would now be exposed with the new enclosure. They made absolutely sure we were pleased before leaving. Very pleased with the entire experience. The only problem now was the new enclosure made the existing glass block window look tacky, so we had them back out to replace the window. This was a very tedious endeavor - the window is over an indoor pond on one side and the bathroom on the other. The original window was glued, screwed and installed in a manner to never be replaced. It was impossible to get a good tight measurement for the new glass until all was removed, which was a slow go! All was completed in a very professional and timely engagement - and this was by no means an easy job. All finished with a great look... like it been there all along! None of the previous demolition scars were showing - which was surprising to me. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking professional glass installation! You will never regret it!grin

My sister was in a serious bind. She is opening up a pie shop and has a display case prominently featured in the store. She ordered glass to be custom fit into the top and had a lot of problems with the man who delivered the glass. Long story short, first he broke it, then he replaced it, but when he delivered the glass, it didn't fit. It was about 1/8" too wide and didn't fit into the display. The mover disappeared and disconnected his phone so we couldn't get satisfaction from him. That's when I called Britt and Tilson. They helped to educate me about tempered vs non-tempered glass and helped me explore options. When I arrived there, Jeff helped me with the delicate cut to ensure that the glass didn't shatter. I explained my situation to the friendly, helpful woman who worked up front, one of the owners, Billy, overheard the conversation, and compassionately offered to take care of me. It was very generous, and because they were able to solve our problem, the shop will open on time! I am very grateful to Billy and his team. We will use them from now on! - Ingrid Cole
